Magnesium is a chemical element with the symbol Mg. It is a mineral component found in large quantities in the body, which is why it is classified as a macronutrient. In the human body, the compound is primarily stored in bones and muscles. Whole grain products, as well as seeds and nuts, are considered dietary sources of magnesium.
The OstroVit supplement uses magnesium carbonate, as well as magnesium citrate and lactate, which are easily absorbed forms of the compound, positively affecting the bioavailability and quality of the dietary supplement.
Vitamin B6 – Pyridoxine – is a water-soluble component belonging to the B-complex vitamins, which must be supplied to the body from external sources, as the body cannot synthesize it on its own. The compound is found primarily in whole grain products, as well as in offal, legumes, and dietary supplements.
In the OstroVit preparation, vitamin B6 is used in the form of pyridoxal-5-phosphate, which is a chemically active form of the compound characterized by high absorption in the human body, positively affecting the quality of the dietary supplement.
Ingredients: Magnesium carbonate (magnesium), magnesium citrate (magnesium), magnesium lactate (magnesium), anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; coating composition (filler: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), pyridoxal 5’-phosphate P-5-P (vitamin B6).
Products may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, grains containing gluten, eggs, shellfish, and fish.
