Creatine monohydrate, creatine malate, cola flavoring, sodium bicarbonate (baking soda), acidity regulator – malic acid, color caramel, sweeteners: acesulfame K, sodium cyclamate, sodium saccharin.

Recommended daily serving – mix 7.5 g of powder (about 4 small level teaspoons) with 200 ml cold water and wait until it foams. Take once a day, preferably before a workout.
