Reflex Instant Mass Heavyweight is a heavy-duty, high-calorie protein and carbohydrate gainer engineered specifically for hardgainers and high-intensity athletes aiming to build muscle mass and increase overall body weight. The advanced protein matrix features 4 distinct sources: whey protein concentrate, micellar casein, native whey, and hydrolysed whey protein. Hydrolysed whey protein is enzymatically pre-digested for rapid absorption, while micellar casein ensures sustained amino acid delivery over several hours. The complex carbohydrates, derived from oat flour and maltodextrin, supply long-lasting fuel to sustain demanding training sessions. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Mix one serving (300 g - approximately five level 60 ml measures) with 700 ml of water in a shaker or blender. When first using this product, it may be beneficial to begin with half a serving (150 g) before gradually increasing to the full serving to match your daily calorie plan. Consume between meals to maintain a positive nitrogen balance, or 20 - 30 minutes post-workout for optimal recovery. Alternatively, take 45 - 60 minutes before bed to support muscle maintenance overnight. Consume immediately after mixing. For a creamier, higher-calorie shake, mix with semi-skimmed milk.
